We also offer an in-house onboarding and verification service using our own locally based support staff.  If you would like VigilantPay to call and verify new or changes to suppliers details on your behalf. Its like have a dedicated person with your AP team just to handle these requests at a fraction of the cost.

Simply email your suppliers a secure personalised self-onboarding form. As your supplier fills out their secure form VigilantPay will check and analyse details  provided in real-time making sure details match the Companies Register, GST, ABN and Bank account details are correct before updating their contact and payment details.
Your suppliers are as suspicious as the rest of us. Nobody trusts clicking on links anymore, but we have a solution for you.

When completed, the supplier's details will automatically be added to your VigilantPay account and the change will be detected on future payments. Importantly even if you don't update a supplier's details VigilantPay will detect the supplier's bank account has changed stopping a potential fraud or error.

You also have the option to bulk import verified suppliers that you have pre-existing in other systems. During this process, VigilantPay will also highlight and reject invalid GST/ ABN and bank account numbers. This is a nice feature to help clean and validate your data.
