About us

Vigilance Ltd is a NZ company that has developed a SaaS solution to protect businesses from making fraudulent and erroneous payments. Our customers are medium and large enterprises, many whom are household names. We constantly innovate and are unique in how we deliver our proven solution, VigilantPay. We are a small team of multi tasking digital crime fighters who are proud of how we go about working with our customers and each other.

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous customer service training and technical support experience, Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Day-to-day you will triaging Level 1 and 2 support jobs, responding to customer enquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner – providing troubleshooting and escalation when required. You will also provide user training to ensure new customers get the best start when onboarding.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries with expertise Keep help files and resources current for customer support Maintain accurate CRM records Maintain support tickets Conduct engaging product demonstrations Onboard and train new clients Test software updates for quality before release
